The solution

The Newage engineering team offered a flexible Salesforce Service Cloud CRM solution that could be integrated into the customer’s ecosystem, including a microservices-based custom trading platform.

The integration was done via REST API allowing for near real-time data exchange between the two platforms and via WebSocket for real-time data exchange, ensuring that both systems have access to the most up-to-date information.
